Description

The NTMT1 gene encodes an N-terminal methyltransferase (N-terminal RCC1 methyltransferase, NRMT1, METTL11A) for the RAN guanine nucleotide exchange factor regulator of chromosome condensation 1 (RCC1). The enzyme alpha-N-methylates other protein targets such as SET (MIM 600960) and RB (MIM 180200).

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the NRMT antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

An E.coli-derived human recombinant protein (K21-R223) was used as the immunogen for the NRMT antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the NRMT antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
